Welcome to Eagles Class, part of our ‘dual’ or ‘twin’ classes for this academic year. Although two separate class names Eagles and Swans are very much intertwined as a group of pupils working together with a team of teachers and therefore our timetables are the same as too is our handbook.
We are sure we are all in for an exciting year of growth and development. We know we are very much looking forward to it.
A key element to ensuring this year is as successful as possible for your child is a strong link between home and school. There are a number of methods for keeping in touch with us, please feel free to do so whenever necessary.
In the first instance, please contact us by emailing.
You can contact Mrs Tiffin and Mrs Scurfield on their days of work here: firstname.lastname@example.org
Mrs Hopewell and the Eagles team can be contacted here:
You can also contact all of us through the main office:
Alternatively, please also feel free to send notes via your child’s book bag and their yellow reading diary. We are available at home time each day for short messages however if you need a long chat please book this using the emails above. If the message is about your child’s collection arrangements or not class related, please contact the school office. All urgent messages should be delivered to the school office. We are happy to ring you to discuss any questions or concerns you may have or arrange a face to face meeting if needed.
Other opportunities to meet with us come during parent consultations and the dates for these will be sent out in our newsletter. This will allow for an opportunity to discuss how your child has settled back to school life and thier progress.
Thank you for your support. We look forward to getting to know each of you much better now that many of our COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.
